Paola Delarosa-Lloret
M.S. Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation

Hi, and welcome to my online portfolio!

This site brings together the projects, reflections, and applied skills I developed during my time in the Instructional Design, Development & Evaluation (IDD&E) M.S. program at Syracuse University through the Sergeants Major Academy Fellowship Program. Everything you’ll find here reflects a practical, real-world challenge, from closing performance gaps to creating learner-centered solutions.

Throughout the program, I worked on diverse individual and group projects that integrated strategy, creativity, and evidence-based design. These experiences strengthened my ability to support learning across organizations through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and purposeful innovation.

This portfolio has two goals:

-
Demonstrate the applied skills and core competencies I have developed in instructional design.
-
Offer a professional snapshot of how I approach design problems with intention, precision, and empathy.
I invite you to explore my work and see how I translate ideas into impactful learning experiences. Thank you for visiting!
